1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShopZyraEnt ("the Service"), operated by Shopzyra Enterprises Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ShopZyraEnt for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and communication only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in ShopZyraEnt.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Age Restrictions

ShopZyraEnt is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If discover you are a minor, we will terminate your account immediately.

5. Wallet and Points System

ShopZyraEnt operates on a transparent Pay-Per-Minute wallet system where users purchase points to access premium chat features. The following terms apply:

• Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Points expire according to our expiration policy.
• Chat time is calculated based on current points-to-time conversion rate.
• All purchases are final unless required by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use ShopZyraEnt only for lawful purposes. Your use of the Service is governed by our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.
• Transmitting any content that is illegal, explicit, or offensive.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Using automated systems (bots) without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of ShopZyraEnt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize your data security and employ end-to-end encryption for private text chats. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Third-Party Services

ShopZyraEnt may incorporate software owned by third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shopzyra Enterprises Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ShopZyraEnt.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on ShopZyraEnt could include technical or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Community Guidelines.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
